IT Help Desk Representative
3+ Month Contract to Hire
Edina, MN
Our direct client is looking for a IT Help Desk Representative to join their growing team!
This representative will provide technical assistance to computer users to troubleshoot for a variety of issues related to software and hardware.
This representative will responsible for answering tickets for internal employees via telephone or from a remote location.
Position Requirements:
2+ years of professional IT Help Desk/Service Desk/IT Support experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer
service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of computer software, such as configuration management software, desktop
communications software, operating system software and internet directory services
software.
Mobile support / iOS experience
Windows 7 & 10 experience
Experience with a ticketing system
FreshService experience preferred
Powershell scripting experience preferred
IT Support Technician
Information Technology
