IT FIELD TECHNICIAN - 1 Day Project Houston, TX We are in need of an IT Field Technician for a 1 day project in Houston, TX The IT Field Engineer will complete a new, small office setup, including a network switch, access point and PC's. What You'll Do: Install and correctly setup 4-7 PC stations Provide excellent customer service while onsite with the customer Set up the office network Work closely with internal IT staff Provide documentation as needed Skills/Experience You'll Need: 5+ years of IT Field/Desktop Support experience including: Basic connection of ethernet cables to computers and phones Basic level networking knowledge Software Installation Network Connectivity and setup Access to a network toner if needed Experience providing excellent customer service for all customers Strong Time Management Ability to follow detailed instructions/directions Must be able to lift at least 10lbs as needed
